Dear family and friends,
This year I have chosen to participate in the 12th Annual KID Duck Fest Derby as a Duck Ambassador. On Saturday, March 17, 30,000 yellow rubber ducks will race down the New River to win a $10,000 Grand Prize while kids and families enjoy a fun-filled afternoon of Olympic games, bounce houses, food trucks, and much more.
The KID Duck Fest Derby is more than just a fun afternoon it is the coming together of our community for one great mission: the prevention of child abuse, the preservation of the family, and the treatment abused and/or neglected children.
My participation is a whole-hearted commitment to support the community in which I live. I have set a fundraising goal because I believe in KID and the positive impact of their programs.
